MEDIA USAGE AND PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS

The Client acknowledges that The Ami Video is a creative photography and cinematography company whose work may be displayed for portfolio, marketing, educational, promotional, advertising and business development purposes.

Unless expressly restricted through a written agreement executed prior to the event date, The Ami Video reserves the right to use selected photographs, videos, reels, cinematic films, behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials and related content created during the course of its services on its website, social media platforms, promotional materials, exhibitions, publications, competitions, presentations and other marketing channels.

Any request for complete confidentiality, non-disclosure or restrictions on media usage must be communicated in writing before the event and shall only be effective upon written acceptance by The Ami Video.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photographs, videos, edited footage, albums, designs, graphics, cinematic films, raw files and other creative works produced byThe Ami Video remain the exclusive intellectual property and copyrighted material of The Ami Video unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use, viewing, sharing and printing of the delivered content. The Client shall not sell, commercially reproduce, alter, redistribute, license, publish or otherwise exploit the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from The Ami Video.

Raw photographs, raw video footage, project files, editing files and unpublished materials remain the sole property of The Ami Video and are not included in standard service packages unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

PAYMENTS, BOOKING AND SERVICE DELIVERY

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed booking amount or advance payment. All payments made are subject to the terms specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, proposal or service agreement.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity, workload, unforeseen circumstances, client revisions, force majeure events, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The Ami Video reserves the right to refuse, suspend, postpone or terminate services where necessary due to non-payment, breach of agreement, safety concerns, abusive conduct, legal restrictions or circumstances that prevent proper execution of services.

Third-Party Services and Information Sharing

The Ami Video does not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers such as album manufacturers, printing laboratories, cloud storage providers, payment processors, delivery partners, website hosting providers and technology vendors where necessary to perform our services.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, governmental authority, law enforcement agency or to protect our legal rights and interests.

DATA STORAGE, SECURITY AND RETENTION

We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information and digital assets from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss or disclosure. However, no online system, electronic storage method or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Client records, photographs, videos, contracts, invoices, communications and related project materials may be retained for archival, support, legal, evidentiary, backup and business purposes. The Ami Video reserves the right to permanently remove archived files after a reasonable period without prior notice. Clients are strongly advised to maintain their own backups of all delivered content.

WEBSITE USAGE AND COOKIES

Our website may utilize cookies, analytics services, pixels and similar technologies to improve website functionality, monitor performance, enhance user experience, measure marketing effectiveness and maintain website security. Continued use of our website constitutes consent to such technologies unless disabled through browser settings.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In any event, the maximum liability of The Ami Video shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

AMENDMENTS

The Ami Video reserves the right to modify, update, revise or replace this Policy and Agreement at any time. Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication on our website or official communication channels.

ACCEPTANCE

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, booking services, signing agreements, making payments, attending consultations or otherwise engaging with The Ami Video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by the terms contained herein.
